The Florida Center For Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery: Carrie Shulman, MD at 1812, 13121 66th Street North, Largo, Florida.

Our experience with Dr. Shulman was exceptional. My mother was admitted to Morton Plant Hospital through the ER with breast cancer metastasis to brain. We were not expecting anyone to tell us if the tumor was operable until the following day. Dr. Shulman was there on the night she was admitted, went over the CT scans with us, and with let us know she would be able to operate on my mother the next day.
Dr. Shulman possess a no-nonsense, can-do attitude yet always smiles and is down to earth with great bedside manner. Her surgical skills had my mother in & out of the O.R. with no complications and CLEAR of the cancer. My mother recovered remarkably quick and showing little signs of the magnitude of what we were just experiencing days before. I firmly believe that Dr. Shulman's strong abilities had greatly contributed to such a great outcome.
Dr. Shulman and her team have been involved in recent care that was outside of the recent surgery if there were any red flags that could lead to something else and have been very thorough to make sure there is no metastasis reoccurring.
Of course, Dr. Shulman's team gets five stars as well. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Shulman to anyone. We felt, and continue to feel that we have have someone on the front lines looking out for us without hesitation. Thank you Dr. Shulman, for choosing to be who you are.
